# Keep teaching. We hold the rest.

Palaestral is booking, payments and client-record software for an independent instructor who sells their own time — surf, yoga, running, strength. One link takes the booking, collects the waiver and charges the card. What it leaves you is a record of every client you teach — what they booked, what they signed and what they paid.

Nothing happened here, and that is the point. The rule put it on the calendar, the plan came from a template you already had, and both of them booked days ago — so the whole of Monday asked you for a session and nothing else.

None of it needed you, and what it leaves behind is the part that keeps working — who you taught, what they signed and what they paid, still here next season when Ada books again.

You called it off from the sand. Everyone was emailed the moment you pressed it, the money is on its way back to the cards it came from, and the morning stays on your record as called off rather than disappearing.

A nine-year-old cannot sign for themselves, so the booking asked for a guardian and would not go on without one. California pauses the clock until they are eighteen, so their waiver is kept until they are twenty — and nobody can delete it before then, you included.
