# When a client's assistant books.

A client may ask their own assistant to find a lesson with you and book it. It books exactly as your page does, and no more.

## What can a client's assistant do?

Read what you offer and when, what a lesson costs, how many seats are left and its cancellation terms, and make a booking under the same rules as your page: the same seat limits, the same booking cutoff, the same terms. It needs no key, and nothing exists for it that your page does not do. A client pays exactly the price an instructor lists, and nothing is added to it.

## What does the client still have to do themselves?

Sign the waiver. A waiver is signed by the person a booking is for, after opening a link mailed to the address the booking was made under, and a booking is confirmed only once it is signed for everybody on it. Payment is made on the booking's own page, on Stripe.

## What do I see when an assistant books?

A booking an assistant made is a booking like any other, by the person whose name and address it was made under. Your [terms](https://palaestral.com/terms) apply to it as they do to every booking.
