What to write about
- Questions about the product
- Whether it fits how you teach, and what it does not do yet.
- Something is broken
- Include the address you were on and roughly when. If a payment is involved, say so first — a booking is confirmed by the payment processor rather than by the browser, so a payment that went through is recorded even when the page did not say so.
- Deleting your data
- Say what you want removed. The privacy page sets out what is deleted and the two things that are kept, with the reason for each.
- Security
- Report anything you find to the same address, with enough detail to reproduce it. Please do not test against a real instructor's bookings or a real client's data.
If you are a client of an instructor
Anything about a specific lesson — the time, the meeting point, what to bring, cancelling — is faster from your instructor directly. They hold the booking; this address does not.
