Bringing your clients over.

Your client list can come with you from wherever it lives now, with your notes and the lessons people have already paid for.

What can I bring over?

A spreadsheet of the people you teach: their names and email addresses, your notes about them, and the lessons each has left. You see what will be written before anything is, and nothing is written that you were not shown.

A name you give somebody is yours: it is what you see them as, and it is never shown to anybody else they book with.

What happens to lessons my clients have already paid for?

Lessons carried over are lessons a client paid you for elsewhere. You honour them, and Palaestral takes no fee on a lesson booked with one. A client uses them on a lesson you sell by lesson pack, so carry them over once you have one.

Will my clients be emailed when I bring them over?

Nobody in a list you bring over is sent anything until you ask for the one email that tells them, and it is sent once for each person.

By bringing a list over you state that everyone in it is your client, that you may give Palaestral their details and your notes about them, and that none of them has asked not to be contacted. The terms page holds the rest.
