Your schedule in your own calendar.
Subscribe once, and every lesson somebody books with you appears in the calendar you already use, and leaves it if it is cancelled.
How does my schedule reach my calendar?
Your schedule publishes as a calendar address you subscribe to from Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. It flows one way, out: a change you make in Palaestral reaches your calendar, and nothing your calendar holds comes back. No calendar is signed into, and none is read.
Your teaching address carries every lesson somebody has booked with you, at every place you teach, with where it is and how many seats are taken. Your clients' names, notes and waivers stay in Palaestral. A client can subscribe to their own lessons the same way, from their account.
How soon does a change show up in my calendar?
How often a calendar checks for changes is up to its maker, and this is what each maker's help said as of October 20, 2026. Apple Calendar on a Mac checks as often as you set it to. Outlook on the web updates a subscribed calendar every few hours, and can take more than a day. Google Calendar's help names no setting or interval for it. Your reminder emails are always current.
Who can read my calendar address?
The address is the key to the calendar: anybody holding it can read what it holds. Make a new one if it has been shared, and the old one stops working at once. A calendar still subscribed to an address you turned off empties itself rather than keeping its last copy.
